I am trying to enter all of the information in the "My Collection" section and I can not enter the acurate PSA information. I get the drop down and select "PSA" but the only choice I have on the other drop down is "Unspecified"

Any help with this would be appreciated.
    Hi Abravefan11,
Thanks for pointing that out - we just made some updates and i'll get that fixed within the next hour! Sorry about that.
    Just a quick note:
We have resolved this issue, let us know if you have any more problems.
    Still having the same problem.

I can get the "Condition" drop down menu and select PSA. I just can't get anything but "Unspecified" as an option on the Grade drop down.

    Hey there -
Curious indeed. Have you tried clear your cache? If you use IE7 - here are some instructions:
    1. Open Internet Explorer
    2. At the top of the screen, click on Tools.
    3. In the Tools menu, click on Internet Options...
If you do not see the tools menu hold down the alt and t key on the keyboard.
    4. In the Internet Options window, find the Temporary Internet Files section. Click on Delete.
    5. A Delete Browsing History window will appear. Click on the Delete Files... button.
    6. A verification screen will then come up. Click Yes to delete the files.
    7. When this is finished, you can click Close and then OK on the Internet Options window and you are finished.
If you use Firefox 2.0 -
From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data, and then choose Cache.

Let me know if that fixes the problem. If it does not, I will be glad to explore the situation with you further. It could be something else on your computer that I am not aware of at this time.

    OK Ted,

We're making progress. I cleared my Temp files and deleted all my entered cards and the PSA as well as Grade drop downs are working.

However...when I click on the button to add the card to my collection I get an error. I'll try to capture the language but it won't let me cut and paste the error message.
