I have not yet subscribed for the monetary membership just yet. I have seen a few comments that members made about not finding pricing for certains sets. I have a collection that ranges from 1979 to 2003 and want to know if it would be even worth taking the time to subscribe. I guess my question is what sets have you concentrated on? And if I should wait and visit your site in the future when it is has been updated?

If I add a card to my collection and it has a lock symbol or a money bill symbol, does that mean there is a price available for that card?

    Hi Flux -
To answer your first post - our initial data group included sets that we found to have the most transactions and/or the highest overall sales values. Although we did exclude a few of the top sets for a variety of reasons, the majority of this data came from the pre-1970 arena. That being said - we do have a handful of important sets from the post 1970 era in the published. If you would like to inquire about certain sets - please do so. We always welcome feedback and when collectors tell us they are looking for particular sets - it helps us to prioritize our queue.

As for the later question - the lock symbol shows up when someone is browsing the site who is not registered, or who is registered as a basic member. Cards without pricing will not show the lock icon.

Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to assist you further.
